This document is a public offer for the provision of software development and consulting services.

01. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This agreement is an official offer and contains all the essential plans for providing services. Acceptance of this offer is the beginning of the actual use of the services or their payment.

02. SUBJECT OF AGREEMENT

The Contractor undertakes to provide services, and the Customer undertakes to accept and pay for them in accordance with the agreed scope and cost.
